I have been in the web design field since 2004, shortly after I completed my degree for Graphic Design at The Art Institute. I began working with a sole proprietor, building his print and web business from scratch. After working with Apple Computers for almost two years and freelancing in web design on the side, I then moved to a marketing company focusing on mobile application development and web design.
In early 2012, I moved from that company to work at a smaller production company. There, I focused on developing my skillset in Front End Development, Back End Development and Mobile Development. I also focused on growing leadership and development of other employees.
In the middle of 2013, I began to search for a company that would really push my skills to the limit and hoping to find a company that thrived on the startup life as I do. In April of 2013, I moved to Andculture. At this company, I am able to continue pushing all of my skills and focus on developing new.
I love design, typography, troubleshooting & mobile design. I could stare at a screen and design something that is pleasing to the eye as well as accomplishing the needs for the client. I'm a people person who doesn't mind sharing my opinion but more importantly listening to what others have to say.
Above all, I love learning and doing things that stretch my mental and creative capacities.

Adventure Web Productions: Feb. 2012 to April 2013
Adventure Web Productions is a web development company based in Baltimore, MD. They have been in business for over 15 years and have worked with small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. My goal at Adventure Web Productions is expand their mobile technology, design capabilities, project management and level of development. To date, I have helped the company build multiple mobile websites, mobile applications and websites.
This position has allowed me to speak more to clients, solve problems and push myself beyond my wildest expectations. Since becoming a part of the company I have pushed myself to work with more backend development and involve myself more in the project management aspects in order to create a more successful workflow.
Synapse Marketing Solutions: October 2010 - Feb. 2012
Synapse Marketing Solutions is a Inc 500 marketing company based in Lancaster, PA. When I began there in October of 2009, we were a team of 4 designers/developers attempting to expand their less than one-year old Interactive Business. When I left a little over one year later, they were nearing a team of 12. We focused on building the best marketing solutions possible for large clients such as Sight & Sound Theaters, Kline's Services, Giant Foods and many more. During my time there I was able to expand my JQuery, HTML5, CSS3 and mobile development abilities.
Due to the small team size and recent arrival to the market, we were determined to build websites that were beyond the expectations of all of our clients. We built our projects from wireframes to development with the goal in mind of "whatever it takes" to get the job done.
